How It Works
Online Consultations Held on Google Meet
You can send me an email with your request, and we’ll find a date that works for both of us. I work in the CET time zone, but I’m flexible. The meeting can be added to your Google Calendar, and you’ll receive a notification as the date approaches. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your situation, and I’ll provide all the information you need, answer your questions, and offer feedback on your path to recovery. I’ll also help you avoid common pitfalls and maladaptive behaviors or thought patterns.
